There are various customer bases such as Japanese customers, groups, and Western groups. Smoked saury, I’m surprised that such a menu can be eaten in Bangkok. The sashimi is also luxurious, fresh and of high quality.

About Kenji’s Lab.
KENJI’S LAB was founded in 2012 by Chef Kenji Nakayama who sought to design an environment that is not categorized as a restaurant, but rather a place where you can experiment to find your favorite food and drink pairings.
Serving a wide range of menus from authentic Japanese, to Italian and European cuisine, Kenj’s passion is expressed through every detail of his culinary art, with carefully chosen ingredients, sake and wines.

KENJI’S LAB is a cozy bistro owned by a chef who once participated as a judge in Thai version of ‘Iron Chef’. Founded in 2012 and located at Soi Thararom 2 in Thonglor, KENJI’S LAB aims to become a diner that even a chef ‘would love to visit everyday’. Please feel free to visit us and enjoy our food that we spare no effort in preparing, with great care in the quality of ingredients and uniqueness.
